DOUG GRIMES

Lead Pastor

Doug brings 38 years of ministry experience to Gracepoint. He graduated from the University of Montana with a BA in speech communication and, upon graduation, joined the collegiate ministry, CRU, where he served for 11 years. In the later years with CRU, Doug received a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. He then transitioned from college ministry to the church, which he has served for the last 27 years. Doug and his wife Susan have also served on the Family Life Speaker Team since 2000. These conferences bring hope, healing, and direction to all marriages.

Doug has a passion for teaching God's word in practical ways so others may grow deeper in the gospel and its application to everyday life. Grace has played a huge role in Doug's life which has been the genesis for Gracepoint. He often says, "The truth will set you free, but understanding God's grace will change your life."

Doug and Susan have three grown daughters, Katie, Beth (Jack) and Sarah. The newest addition to the family is their granddaughter, Willow Ann.

JOSH STARKS

Worship Pastor

Josh was born and raised in Searcy and began leading worship over twenty years ago. He and his wife, Leah, have been married since 2007 and have three incredible kids: Hosea, Everett, and India.

In addition to leading at Gracepoint, Josh serves on staff with a non-profit ministry called Likewise Worship as the Pastor & Area Director for Little Rock. His heart is to help bring health to worship leaders and their families through pastoral care, community, and coaching. He has also had the honor of serving in full-time and volunteer roles at various churches and ministries, along with a career in tech and business. He and Leah love to lead and minister together when they have the opportunity to do so.

In his free time, Josh would likely be found on a date with Leah, with a good cup of craft coffee and a book, or on a run with a podcast in his ears.
